The Horizontal Initial Tag is set in 14K Gold. The letters are sterling silver and small diamond stones are placed to separate the initials or a short name. The custom tag is a perfect  gift for someone special.

Custom orders are available with 3 or 4 letters. Choose Gold, Rose Gold with silver letters.
